When it works, its magic. Too bad most of the time it doesnt work for me.

Such as knock to wake (pretty please) and knock to sleep (optional but could be useful).

I was amazed by how you can unlock and lock your Mac from your Apple watch. This is the future and I can wait for the dev team to add more features. I am loving my Apple watch more now! Great job!

Ever since the latest update, it never works anymore.

Maybe they will fix it, but hasn’t worked in a while. Also noticed the mac software seems to do a lot of tracking including connecting to ad networks Facebook and twitter, I wonder what the iPhone app tracks?

This is a cool idea and I love it when it works. Unfortunately, the response time is too slow, and it’s usually faster to just enter my password. In addition, the app often fails to connect at all. In these cases there is no clear way to fix it beyond going to the support pages on the knock web site and following a series of reset instructions. More hassle than it’s worth.

Its totally hit or miss to whether its going to connect at all. There was a point in time where it worked every single time; sadly not the case anymore. I miss those days...

Please support proximity lock and unlock. Also please support today widget. App is not cheap but it needs to support more functionalities. Slow connection and it doesnt work all the time. Once I lock my Mac, I cant use the app to turn it on. I need to wake up the machine and then unlock Mac using knock which is quite redundant.

cool idea but the execution of the idea needs some work. App rarely connects, and when it does it usually takes about 10 seconds..longer than it would take me to enter my password!

This app rarely works. It takes too long to connect. I had to set up a few times due to the app not connecting at all. Now It won’t even allow me to go through the set up process, my computer and ipnone don’t seem to be able to “find” each other, they are both stuck in the “get the app” screen.

MORE KNOCK -> Google API, Tweeter, Facebook, Amazon and MORE! So, I have this beautiful and so useful App running on all my MACs for a number of years called: Little Snitch. Its job is to tell me which application tries to call home / be bad! Installed Knock on my MAC (‘cause according to developer, it takes 2 to tango!) didn’t waste a min to contact each and every sites mentioned above! For heaven sake, waking my Macbook shouldn’t require to wake the whole Internet, should it?!! DELETED this dumb spyware. Please READ the license agreement BEFORE letting this little App takes over your private life …. UPDATE: ‘MacID does all these plus a lot MORE … no spying / Internet connection required. Most important, I don’t have to bang / knock on my iPhone look like a fool!!

Great concept but the app simply doesnt work. It was a complicated setup and the app crashed my Mac and it unlock it only once.

Unfortunately, the app is completely unreliable. Sometimes it works, then it doesn’t work, then it works again. The Apple Watch app is even worse, losing contact, getting the status wrong. The dev should remove this app from the app store and re-release it when it works.

BTの圏内にずっといると、Macがロックしていることを検知しないことが多い。ノックのタイミングが厳しすぎて、ノックを検知できていない。1分間ノックし続けてやっと反応する始末。パスワードで解除するほうが遙かに簡単で早い。 よいアイディアだけど、まだ製品と呼べるレベルじゃない。 It fails to detect that the Mac has locked especially when you stay in range of BT connection. It also fails to detect the knocks. I had to continue knocking my iPhone for over a minute in order for it to detect my knocks. Clearly, it’s easier and faster to unlock my Mac by manual password input. Good idea, but still very experimental.

MacBook Air(2012)+iPhone4sで使ってみました。ノックの反応はとても良いと思いますが、BluetoothでMacBook Airと繋がるまでにやや時間がかかり、パスワードを入力した方が早いです。入力するところを覗かれたくない場合にはとても良いと思います。

I have been waiting for multiple Macs support. 現状、複数台のMacに対応していないため、MacIDと併用しています。 比べるとKnockのほうが手軽なので是非とも複数台に対応して欲しいところです。 (昔からヘルプページに項目があるくらいなので、Apple Watchのサポートよりも先にやれよって不満に思ってますが) 手軽な分、セキュリティ的にはMacIDに劣りますが、そもそものコンセプトが手軽にロック解除なので仕方ないかと。 (MacIDはむしろ指紋でロック解除というセキュリティ寄りのコンセプト)

I bought this app after I got an Apple Watch. It worked for a while - then stopped. If remove the association between my MBP and my iPhone in the knock apps, then re-associate them it will work for a while again. But it hasnt worked with my watch in ages. Cool concept, and when it works its nice, but considering the cost I dont think the value matches the price.

At this stage the app is useless. It does not wake the mac just enters the password for you at the log in screen. There is 6tl I will never get back.

İt causes macs crash it happened twice when i install on by 2013 macbook air with mavericks.its too much time to connect. I will type password 5 times.

Id knew this already before purchasing it that it wouldnt gonna work perfectly but I gave a try. That was just broken hopes and loss of 6₺. I believe in that these type of applications should be made by Apple. Otherwise itll never be perfect. I hope that youll use those money to upgrade the software. Sincerely.
