Inconsistent and slow

This is a cool idea and I love it when it works. Unfortunately, the response time is too slow, and it’s usually faster to just enter my password. In addition, the app often fails to connect at all. In these cases there is no clear way to fix it beyond going to the support pages on the knock web site and following a series of reset instructions. More hassle than it’s worth.
